Open Position: Attorney
The Attorney position will provide both trial and appellate legal representation for children, youth, eligible adults, indigent parents, and other legal parties who are the subject of, or who are at risk of being the subject of, abuse or neglect proceedings, Families in Need of Court Ordered Services (FINCOS) proceedings or Fostering Connections proceedings. This includes proceedings for the termination of parental rights, adoption proceedings, or other abuse/neglect, FINCOS, or Fostering Connections proceedings designated by the Office of Family Representation and Advocacy (OFRA), as defined by statute.

Open Position: Business Operations Specialist
The Business Operations Specialist-A will assist with basic human resources functions, provide high-level administrative assistance to the administrative services division director, process employee evaluations, remind managers of evaluation due dates, maintain an agency-wide evaluation tracking procedure to ensure that all evaluations are completed timely and accurately, assist with on-boarding new employees, maintain personnel and position files, assist managers with the hiring and recruitment process, and provide other assistance requested by hiring managers.
