Lovey Howell is a seasoned finance professional with a diverse background in finance, operations, procurement, and human resources. With experience at Bank of America and the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Lovey brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at OFRA. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and is an accomplished author, currently working on her second book series. Lovey is dedicated to serving her community as a Volunteer Firefighter and enjoys exploring new adventures with her dog Milo.
